Ms. Bothwell will be demonstrating CRS’ monitoring and evaluation data systems management pilot, which combines several mobile technologies.

Mr. Ryan and Mr. Kunesh will be speaking on their use of mobile technologies during the re-election campaign; how they decided when to use native vs responsive Web tools; and how to get users to “climb the ladder of engagement” and go from a Web site visitor to an active supporter.
