The ND Mobile app is here!

On April 11, Notre Dame launched the ND Mobile app for iOS, Android and on m.nd.edu. ND Mobile is a great way for students, staff and faculty to get information about campus directly on their mobile device including maps, dining menus, news, video and sports highlights.

Since 2011, Notre Dame has made m.nd.edu available to campus as a mobile-optimized Web site. We wanted to build on that and provide a solid platform that could be used now and in the future to provide even more and better information about campus. One of the most common questions we got from the mobile site was, “Where is the app?” ND Mobile is the answer.

Native apps are available for iOS and Android smartphones. Any device, including tablets and desktops, can access the site at http://m.nd.edu.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are there different views?
Yes; in the app these are called editions. The default edition you see when you open the app is “Welcome to ND” and contains the essential modules for anyone with an interest in Notre Dame. Swipe down the screen and you can change it to “Current Students,” which contains additional content just for students like Laundry.

Additional editions and modules will be added in the future, both permanently and for special campus events.

What other settings can I change?
Swipe down past the editions and you’ll see a “Settings” button. Here, you can change the font size. When viewing ND Mobile through m.nd.edu, you can also select how to display the content – as a phone, tablet or desktop computer.

I’m having a problem with the app. Who can I contact?
The OIT Help Desk is happy to help. You can contact them at 1-8111 on-campus, 574-631-8111 off-campus, or by emailing them at oithelp@nd.edu.

How can I make general comments and suggestions about the app?
Please email all comments and suggestions about the ND Mobile app to mobile@nd.edu. We would love to hear what you think about the app!
